Va spuneam ieri pe facebook ca am ramas fara permis<\/a>, dar nu am avut chef sa comentez prea mult pentru ca eram prea nervors si era posibil sa-mi bag ceva in el organ.<\/p>\n

In poza de sus aveti locul unde s-a intamplat toata chestia. Pentru cine nu stie, este vorba de trecerea de pietoni din fata Mitropoliei.<\/p>\n

Am oprit la respectiva trecere de pietoni, eram incadrat pe banda a 3-a, pentru a acorda prioritate unui pieton care se angajase in traversare din partea dreapta. In momentul in care am oprit am vazut in oglinda un alt participant la trafic care nu putea opri. Se auzea scartaitul rotilor si l-am vazut ca nu avea loc sa opreasca pana la mine.<\/p>\n

In acel moment am inaintat vreo 2-3 metri pentru a-i face loc. Am oprit practic pe trecerea de pietoni.<\/p>\n

Politistul care se afla in intesectie si a vazut toata treaba mi-a facut semn sa trag pe dreapta pe motiv ca “n-ati acordat prioritate pietonului angajat in traversare”<\/em>.<\/p>\n

I-am explicat ce si cum, i-am spus ca a vazut cu ochii lui ceea ce s-a intamplat si mi-a zis ca “trebuia sa ramaneti pe loc si cel care intra in dumneavoastra, din spate, era socotit vinovat pentru ca nu a adaptat viteza la conditiile de drum”.<\/em><\/p>\n

Asta este politistul roman. Cel care vegheaza pentru “siguranta si incredere”.<\/p>\n

Nu credeam ca poate un om\u00a0 sa-mi spuna ca trebuia sa fac un accident, pentru ca atunci eram in legalitate, chiar nu puteam sa cred asa ceva dar uite, la noi orice este posibil.<\/p>\n

Ma gandesc (inca nu sunt sigur) sa contest procesul verbal. N-am mai facut asa ceva si as avea nevoie de sfaturi. Ar fi bine sa primesc sfaturile de la oameni care chiar au facut asa ceva sau se pricep, nu de la cei care isi dau cu parerea, cu parerea pot sa-mi dau si eu :)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
