Sambata a fost ziua in care m-am decis ca este momentul sa trecem la fapte.<\/p>\n<p>Am cumparat din Real cam tot ceea ce era necesar, toate ingredientele le-am gasit acolo in afara de otetul de orez pe care l-am luat din Mega.<\/p>\n<p>Daca vreti si voi sa va aprovizionati, sa stiti ca produsele speciale pentru sushi se gasesc la raionul &#8220;specialitati&#8221;. Nu o sa gasiti orezul acolo unde se gaseste orez. Va spun astea ca sa\u00a0 nu cautati ca mine.<\/p>\n<p>Bun, sa o luam cu ingredientele.<\/p>\n<p>Probabil ca sunt multe ingrediente ce puteti sa le cumparati pentru sushi, eu am sa va zic ce-am cumparat eu.<\/p>\n<p>Avem asa:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Orez pentru sushi &#8211; 500g &#8211; 22 lei (in Mega ulterior l-am gasit cu 18)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Otet de orez &#8211; 13 lei (Mega Image)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; File de somon &#8211; 200g &#8211; 17 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ginger (ghimbir murat) 450g &#8211; 29 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sos soia &#8211; 200ml &#8211; 16 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pasta wasabi &#8211; 45g &#8211; 20 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nori &#8211; alge marine &#8211; 10 bun &#8211; 15 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Surimi &#8211; 150g &#8211; 2 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Icre manciuria &#8211; 50g &#8211; 20 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Morcovi &#8211; 505g &#8211; 1.69 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ardei rosu &#8211; 0.235 &#8211; 3.04 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ardei verde &#8211; 0.105 &#8211; 1.31 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Avocado &#8211; 1 buc &#8211; 3.3 lei<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Castravete &#8211; 1 buc &#8211; 3lei<\/p>\n<p>Dupa cum m-am asteptat, cea mai grea parte din prepararea sushi-ului este pregatirea orezului. Ca sushi-ul sa fie bun, orezul trebuie sa va iasa perfect.<\/p>\n<p>Dupa mai multe cautari pe net, am ajuns la concluzia ca orezul trebuie sa fie intr-o poportie de 1.5 combinat cu apa. Astfel, noi am pus 2 cani de orez (500g) si 3 cani de apa.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru ca orezul trebuie sa fie foarte curat, trebuie sa nu mai contina amidon, se spala foarte bine inaintea prepararii. Se toarna orezul intr-o oala mare peste care se pune apa rece. Se amesteca cu mana pana apa devine tulbure dupa care se arunca apa si se pune alta. Se repeta procedeul de cateva ori (vreo 5) pana o sa aveti o apa cristalina. In acel moment orezul este gata de gatit.<\/p>\n<p>Puneti cantitatea de apa necesara, 1.5 ori cate cani de orez ati pus si puneti oala, cu capac, pe foc mare. Este de preferat sa aveti o oala cu un capac transparent ca sa vedeti cand orezul incepe sa fiarba si sa faca spuma. In momentul in care incepe sa fiarba, cand vedeti ca vrea sa dea in foc, dati focul la minim si lasati orezul 20 (cam pana se evapora apa) de minute la foc mic.<\/p>\n<p>Dupa acest timp luati oala de pe foc, fara a-i lua capacul si lasati-o sa se raceasca.<\/p>\n<p>Intre timp trebuie sa preparati sosul pe care o sa-l amestecati ulterior cu orezul, sos care am inteles ca-i da o stralucire aparte orezului.<\/p>\n<p>Sosul se face cu 50ml otet de orez, o lingura de zahar si o lingurita de sare. Le puneti pe toate intr-o cratita, pe foc, si amestecati pana se dizolva zaharul si sarea.<\/p>\n<p>Dupa ce s-au dizolvat il lasati putin sa se raceasca dupa care il turnati peste orezul ce l-ati facut anterior.<\/p>\n<p>La final, orezul impreuna cu sosul trebuie sa arate precum in poza de mai jos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0208.jpg\" data-lbwps-width=\"1600\" data-lbwps-height=\"1063\" data-lbwps-srcsmall=\"https:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0208.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"DSC_0208\" alt=\"DSC_0208\" src=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0208_thumb.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"385\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In timp ce se face orezul, este bine sa taiati ingredientele cu care o sa umpleti rotocoalele de orez. Taiati 1-2 morcovi, un ardei rosu, un ardei verde, un avocado, un castravete (la asta ii scoteti samburii), surimi-ul si somonul. Toate trebuie taiate fasii cat mai lungi.<\/p>\n<p>Pestele sa-l tineti in frigider, asa este indicat. Asteptati sa se raceasca orezul. Este bine ca orezul sa fie cat mai rece in momentul in care va apucati sa lucrati cu el.<\/p>\n<p>So, dupa ce s-a racit orezul, puneti pe o bucata de bambus (sau o chestie din aia pe care se pune farfuria, imi scapa cum ii zice) o folie de bucatarie.<\/p>\n<p>Peste folie, asa cum vedeti in poza de mai jos puneti foaia de nori (alge uscate) iar pe ea asezati orezul asa cum se vede in poza de mai jos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0211.jpg\" data-lbwps-width=\"1600\" data-lbwps-height=\"1063\" data-lbwps-srcsmall=\"https:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0211.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"DSC_0211\" alt=\"DSC_0211\" src=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0211_thumb.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"385\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Peste orez veniti cu ceea ce vreti voi sa puneti acolo, in cazul de fata ingredientele pe care le-am prezentat mai sus.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0212.jpg\" data-lbwps-width=\"1600\" data-lbwps-height=\"1063\" data-lbwps-srcsmall=\"https:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0212.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"DSC_0212\" alt=\"DSC_0212\" src=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0212_thumb.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"385\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dupa ce compozitia a fost aranjata, cu ajutorul bambusului, prin rotire, obtineti batonul de mai jos. Nu este deloc complicat, va trebuie doar putina atentie. Batonul de mai jos este chiar primul baton pe care l-am facut si dupa cum se vede nu arata chiar rau.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0213.jpg\" data-lbwps-width=\"1600\" data-lbwps-height=\"1063\" data-lbwps-srcsmall=\"https:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0213.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"DSC_0213\" alt=\"DSC_0213\" src=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0213_thumb.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"385\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Apoi taiati batonul in doua, cu un cutit foarte bun si bagat in apa, dupa care apropiati cele doua bucati rezultate si le taiati impreuna. In teorie trebuie sa va iasa vreo 8 bucati de sushi dintr-un baton.<\/p>\n<p>De retinut este ca al vostru cutit trebuie sa taie foarte bine si sa fie curat la fiecare taietura. Ori il bagati sub jet de apa, ori aveti langa voi un prosop imbibat in apa cu care il stergeti dupa fiecare utilizare.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0214.jpg\" data-lbwps-width=\"1600\" data-lbwps-height=\"1063\" data-lbwps-srcsmall=\"https:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0214.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"DSC_0214\" alt=\"DSC_0214\" src=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0214_thumb.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"385\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mai jos aveti chiar primele bucati de sushi facute. Mi-am dat seama de acolo ca am pus prea mult orez pe foaia de nori. Nu este nicio problema, asa invatam, urmatoarele le-am facut mai bine, cu mai putin orez.<\/p>\n<p>Stratul de orez pe care il puneti peste nori trebuie sa fie mai subtire, dar in acelasi timp sa acoperiti bine nori-ul cu orez, sa nu se vada.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0215.jpg\" data-lbwps-width=\"1600\" data-lbwps-height=\"1063\" data-lbwps-srcsmall=\"https:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0215.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"DSC_0215\" alt=\"DSC_0215\" src=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0215_thumb.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"385\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Continuati sa faceti pana vi se termina orezul.<\/p>\n<p>Am uitat sa va zic. Pe anumite &#8220;suluri&#8221; dupa ce-ati pus orezul, puneti si un varf de deget de pasta de wasabi. Practic ungeti orezul, dintr-o parte in alta, cu wasabi, exact in locul peste care o sa vina ingredientele voastre.<\/p>\n<p>Primul platou de sushi a iesit asa cum se vede mai jos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0218.jpg\" data-lbwps-width=\"1600\" data-lbwps-height=\"1063\" data-lbwps-srcsmall=\"https:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0218.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"DSC_0218\" alt=\"DSC_0218\" src=\"http:\/\/www.criserb.com\/blog\/poze\/67d36bc7cda9_100BE\/DSC_0218_thumb.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"385\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ulterior am incercat si o varianta mai altfel, am pus orezul pe foaie de nori, am intors foaia cu orezul in jos (spre bambus) si am pus ingredientele. Le-am rotit si am ajuns sa avem niste batoate in care orezul era la exterior si nu in interior, cum am facut pana acum.<\/p>\n<p>Respectivele &#8220;suluri&#8221; le-am dat apoi printr-un pat de seminte de susan. Astea se fac taind foile de nori in fasii, cam de 3cm latime.<\/p>\n<p>Se ia un pumn de orez, cat sa facem o bila de 2.5cm diametru, dupa care bila o invelim cu fasia de nori. Vedeti <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sushicenter.ro\/gunkan-sushi\/\" target=\"_blank\">aici<\/a> mai exact.<\/p>\n<p>In locul ramas gol, de la nivelul orezului pana la marginea superioara a foii de nori puneti icrele. Am folosit 8 foi de nori, ori 8 bucati per foaie&#8230; 64 bucati.<\/p>\n<p>Am calculat numarul lor pentru ca se vorbeste ca sushi-ul este scump, chiar foarte scump la noi.<\/p>\n<p>Chiar acum m-am uitat pe un site, nu ii dau link ca nu vreau sa ii fac reclama, o portie de 25 de piese costa 80 lei. Ceea ce am gatit noi costa&#8230; sa facem un calcul :)<\/p>\n<p>Orez (22 lei) + Otet de orez (50ml &#8211; 4.3lei) + O lingura zahar (0.05 lei) + O lingura sare (0.05 lei) + Somon (150g &#8211; 12.75lei) + Ginger (100g &#8211; 6.44lei) + Sos soia (50ml &#8211; 4 lei) + Pasta wasabi (5g &#8211; 2.2 lei) + Nori (8 buc &#8211; 12 lei) + Surimi (75g &#8211; 1 leu) + Avocado (1\/2 buc &#8211; 1.65 lei) + Icre manciuria (30g &#8211; 12 lei) +\u00a0 Morcovi (1 buc &#8211; 0.10 lei) + Ardei rosu (1 buc &#8211; 1.07lei) + Ardei verde (1 buc &#8211; 1.07lei) = 80.68 lei<\/p>\n<p>Va dati seama, am calculat si eu cu regula de trei simpla, cat am cumparat, cat am folosit si mi-a dat pretul de mai sus, adica <strong>80.68 lei<\/strong> pentru <strong>64 de bucati<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Deci nu este chiar asa de scump pe cat pare, trebuie sa castige si restaurantele, este normal, dar daca vi-l pregatiti acasa este ok, iar satisfactia pe care o aveti dupa ce vedeti platourile pline, este de nepovestit.<\/p>\n<p>Inainte sa inchei vreau sa va spun ca nu le-am facut eu, chiar daca m-am implicat in tot procesul, chiar daca am participat la fiecare etapa a prepararii lor, chiar daca know-how-ul era la mine, ce vedeti mai sus este facut de Radu, fratele Danei. L-am vazut asa de incantat de ceea ce face, incat n-am putut sa-i iau cutitul din mana.<\/p>\n<p>Si acum la final va spun o chestie pe care am seziszat-o azi. Sushi-ul este mai bun de mancat a doua zi. Azi, dupa ce azi noapte un platou a stat in frigider, era mult mai bun ca cel mancat ieri seara, imediat dupa ce le-am facut. Nu stiu de ce, dar probabil le prinde bine la rece.<\/p>\n<p>Se servesc cu betisoare chinezesti sau cu mana. Se ia bucata de sushi, se trece prin sosul de soia si cel de wasabi si se introduce in gura. Dintr-o bucata :)<\/p>\n<p>Din sushi nu se musca, cel putin asta este conceptia mea, de aceea va sfatuiesc sa nu le faceti foarte mari, sa fie numai bune pentru bagat in gura dintr-o singura miscare.<\/p>\n<p>Totusi, vreau sa precizez pentru cei mai incepatori in ale gatitului, sushi nu se face greu, este chiar foarte usor si se poate face de catre oricine. Nu este o filozofie. Pare, dar nu este. Baza este orezul si apoi timpul vostru. In principiu in 2 ore trebuie sa fie gata ceea ce am facut noi.<\/p>\n<p>Banuiesc ca un bucatar experimentat il face chiar intr-o ora, dar noi nu suntem chiar la nivelul ala.<\/p>\n<p>Sa aveti pofta ;)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dupa cum probabil stiti deja, de ceva vreme intentionam sa fac sushi.
