\nSubject: Improper Language Usage<\/em><\/p>\n
\n2. You will not say \u201csi-a bagat pula\u201d when someone makes a mistake, or \u201cs-a cacat pe el\u201d if you see someone being reprehended, or \u201cbaga-mi-as\u201d, when a major mistake has been made. All forms and derivations of the verb \u201ca se caca\u201d and \u201ca se fute\u201d are utterly inappropriate and unacceptable in our environment.<\/em>
\n3. No project manager, section head or administrator under any circumstances will be referred to as \u201cpula de om\u201d, \u201ccacanaru\u2019\u201d or \u201cboul\u201d.<\/em>
\n4. Lack of determination will not be referred to as \u201cpulalau\u201d nor will persons who lack initiative be referred to as \u201cmuiangiu\u201d.<\/em>
\n5. Unusual or creative ideas offered by management are not to be referred to as \u201cporcarii\u201d.<\/em>
\n6. Do not say \u201cs-o fut pe ma-ta\u201d if somebody is persistent, do not add \u201cpula mea\u201d, if a colleague is going through a difficult situation. Furthermore, you must not say \u201cam pus-o\u201d (refer to item 2) nor \u201co sa ne-o traga\u201d when a matter becomes excessively complicated.<\/em>
\n7. When asking someone to leave you alone, you must not say \u201cdu-te-n pula mea\u201d nor should you ever substitute \u201cMay I help you?\u201d with, \u201cce pula mea vrei?\u201d.<\/em>
\n8. Under no circumstances should you ever call your elderly industrial partners \u201cbosorogi imputiti\u201d.<\/em>
\n9. Do not say \u201cia mai mereti-n pula mea cu cacatul asta\u201d when a relevant project is presented to you, nor should you ever answer \u201cfutu-te-n cur\u201d when your assistance is required.<\/em>
\n10. You should never call partner representatives as \u201cboul dracului\u201d or \u201ctampitul ala\u201d.<\/em>
\n11. The sexual behavior of our staff is not to be discussed in terms such as \u201cpizdulica buna\u201d, \u201cfutaciosu\u2019\u201d or \u201chomalaul lui peste.<\/em>
