Deh, vine vara \u0219i tre&#8217; dat \u0219oricu&#8217; jos :)<\/p>\n<p>Cum m\u00e2nc\u0103m cu to\u021bii am v\u0103zut un coleg c\u0103 folose\u0219te o aplica\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>Acum vreo lun\u0103 de zile.<\/p>\n<p>O aplica\u021bie care practic contorizeaz\u0103 caloriile pe care le m\u0103n\u00e2nci \u0219i-\u021bi sugereaz\u0103 s\u0103 te men\u021bii sub un anumit prag, \u00een func\u021bie de fiecare persoan\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Cum sunt un tip competitiv am zis s\u0103 m\u0103 bag \u0219i eu, cu toate c\u0103 nu \u021bineam neaparat s\u0103 sl\u0103besc, dar vreo 5kg aveam \u0219i eu \u00een plus.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 o lun\u0103 de folosire pot s\u0103 v\u0103 spun c\u0103 aplica\u021bia este bun\u0103. Am dat jos 2kg \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care nu m-am chinuit deloc.<\/p>\n<p>Habar nu aveam c\u00e2te calorii au chestiile pe care le m\u0103n\u00e2nc, acum am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat destul de multe.<\/p>\n<p>Practic, dac\u0103 bagi o ciorb\u0103 de peri\u0219oare (ca exemplu) cu p\u00e2ine, p\u00e2inea o s\u0103 aib\u0103 la fel de multe calorii ca toat\u0103 ciorba.<\/p>\n<p>O ciocolat\u0103, \u0219tiam c\u0103 \u00eengra\u0219\u0103, dar nu-mi imaginam c\u0103 poate s\u0103 aib\u0103 caloriile pe care le poate consuma o persoan\u0103 \u00eentr-o zi \u00eentreag\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>So, cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 aplica\u021bia.<\/p>\n<p>O configurezi ini\u021bial \u0219i o s\u0103-\u021bi comunice num\u0103rul de calorii pe care trebuie s\u0103 le m\u0103n\u00e2nci \u00een fiecare zi pentru a sl\u0103bi. Apoi te \u00eentreab\u0103 la ce greutate vrei s\u0103 ajungi \u0219i \u00een func\u021bie de asta \u00ee\u021bi recomand\u0103 ni\u0219te planuri. Eu l-am ales pe cel mai u\u0219or, parc\u0103 500 de grame s\u0103 dau jos pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>A fost chiar lejer pentru mine.<\/p>\n<p>De men\u021bionat c\u0103 nu sunt un gurmand, nu m\u0103n\u00e2nc dulce dec\u00e2t dac\u0103 mai m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 \u0219i al\u021bii cu mine sau dac\u0103 \u00eemi e foame, altfel m\u0103 pot ab\u021bine perioade lungi.<\/p>\n<p>Nu m-am ab\u021binut de la nimic, am m\u00e2ncat chiar \u0219i seara, am b\u0103ut \u0219i c\u00e2te o bere-dou\u0103, sau un pahar de vin, practic mare lucru nu s-a schimbat, doar am fost atent s\u0103 m\u0103 organizez \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t la final de zi s\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u0219esc cele 1770 calorii recomandate + cele primite \u00een urma mi\u0219c\u0103rii pe care o fac. Pa\u0219ii mul\u021bi \u00ee\u021bi dau voie s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nci mai multe calorii, alt\u0103 mi\u0219care eu nu fac.<\/p>\n<p>Au fost zile \u00een care le-am dep\u0103\u0219it, zile \u00een care am fost sub. Depinde.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 30 zile de la instalare am mai putin cu 2kg \u0219i am zis c\u0103 aplica\u021bia e bun\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103 pot s\u0103 o recomand.<\/p>\n<p>Aplica\u021bia, fa\u021b\u0103 de altele se pare c\u0103 are o baz\u0103 de date foarte bun\u0103, bagi acolo c\u0103 ai m\u00e2ncat ciorb\u0103 de burt\u0103 \u0219i \u0219tie exact caloriile. Nu prea am g\u0103sit m\u00e2nc\u0103ruri care s\u0103 nu fie \u00een baza de date. Sau dac\u0103 nu am g\u0103sit nush ce curcan, am b\u0103gat pui. \u00cen plus m\u00e2nc\u0103rurile sunt \u0219i \u00een rom\u00e2n\u0103, deci nu tre&#8217; s\u0103 cau\u021bi termeni \u00een englez\u0103 pentru ostropel :)<\/p>\n<p>Nu am folosit-o foarte strict, c\u0103 nu am de unde s\u0103 \u0219tiu (de cele mai multe ori) ce cantitate de m\u00e2ncare am m\u00e2ncat.
