Dar dac\u0103 vrei cu adev\u0103rat te obi\u0219nuie\u0219ti \u0219i-\u021bi formezi o rutin\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Partea bun\u0103 este c\u0103 aplica\u021bia are o baz\u0103 foarte mare de m\u00e2nc\u0103ruri \u0219i foarte multe dintre ele sunt \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103, deci nu ai nevoie de traduceri. Bag \u00een general m\u00e2ncarea.<\/p>\n<p>Un covrig de exemplu are cam 300 calorii, am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 nu-l mai m\u0103n\u00e2nc \u00een fiecare zi, pentru c\u0103 de 300 calorii pot s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nc o ciorb\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 nu mai m\u0103n\u00e2nc p\u00e2ine \u0219i alte chestii care au multe calorii.<\/p>\n<p>Dulciurile au cele mai multe calorii, undeva la 500-600 calorii la 100g.<\/p>\n<p>Pufule\u021bii au multe calorii. Tot vreo 500.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen general prostiile au multe calorii, adic\u0103 chestiile alea de le m\u00e2nc\u0103m doar a\u0219a, c\u0103 s\u0103 nu st\u0103m degeaba \u0219i b\u0103g\u0103m ceva pe sub musta\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Semin\u021bele au 600 calorii, un alt exemplu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i eu am renun\u021bat la toate astea. Chiar dac\u0103 nu de tot, poate mai m\u0103n\u00e2nc c\u00e2teva chestii din astea, dar pu\u021bin \u0219i nu zilnic.<\/p>\n<p>Toat\u0103 treaba asta cu caloriile e bun\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 te prinzi ce \u0219i cum, dup\u0103 care \u00een\u021belegi ce nu e bine s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nci \u0219i ce e bine.<\/p>\n<p>Singur \u00ee\u021bi dai seama la ce po\u021bi renun\u021ba, pentru a face loc altor chestii \u0219i totu\u0219i s\u0103 nu te apuce foamea.<\/p>\n<p>Nici de bere nu m-am l\u0103sat. Acum am voie s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nc undeva la 2170 calorii dac\u0103 nu fac nicio mi\u0219care. Dac\u0103 alerg mult dup\u0103 fii-miu se mai adaug\u0103 vreo 300 calorii. De 2400 de calorii pot s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nc chiar orice, dar nici acum nu le ating. Am o medie de vreo 1700-1800 calorii. \u0218i dup\u0103 cum vede\u021bi nu m\u0103 ab\u021bin.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fphoto.php%3Ffbid%3D10155390126139886%26set%3Da.469819359885.255773.821504885%26type%3D3&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"466\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowTransparency=\"true\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>M\u0103n\u00e2nc orice, dar am grij\u0103 s\u0103 stau sub limita maxim\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Bine, sunt convins c\u0103 limita asta maxim\u0103 depinde de la om la om, am colege care au aceast\u0103 limit\u0103 pe la 1200 calorii, ceea ce este mult mai pu\u021bin, dar dac\u0103 vrei se poate, se poate s\u0103 te \u00eencadrezi \u00een c\u00e2t ai tu voie, dac\u0103 vrei.<\/p>\n<p>Principiul este echilibrul.<\/p>\n<p>Nu mai m\u00e2nca\u021bi 2 mici 5 c\u00e2rna\u021bi \u0219i 2 cefe, \u00eenjum\u0103t\u0103\u021bi\u021bi por\u021bia \u0219i o s\u0103 fie bine. Nici foame nu o s\u0103 v\u0103 fie \u0219i nici nu o s\u0103 v\u0103 ridica\u021bi cu greu de la masa. <\/p>\n<p>P.S.
